Policies of changes and returns

Alysh commits to the satisfaction of the CUSTOMER. Therefore, we mentioned the policies of return of the garments that we market through online service to meet the needs and demands of the CUSTOMERS.

What you should know before requesting your change or return

1.- Yes The product will be returned by size, color, defect or manufacturing has a deadline for30 calendar days.counted from the date of emission of the invoice.

2.- The returned product must be in its original packaging, including accessories, promotional items and original labels.

- The garment must be in good condition:
*Free of spots(makeup, lipstick, food, liquids, etc.)
*FREE OF ORORS.(Perfume, deodorants, etc)
*Without being previously used

4.- Returns must be accompanied by theReturn format, or otherwise the returnnoIt can be done.

5.- To make your changes in our branches it is necessaryticketof purchase, in the same period of 30 calendar days..

6.- Outside of these rules established in these policies, we reserve the right to make change or reimbursement.

7.- Exceptions that do not cover guarantee.
- When the garment had been used in conditions other than normal.
- When the garment had not been operated according to the instructional use that accompanied it (label inside the garment).
- When the garments had been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
-There are no changes in garments in white or bone.

8.- In the case of buying a garment ofOffer no changes are made or refund of any kind.
 

                              Changing or return process 
1.- The clientYou must ensure that the product complies with the return policies.

2.- The record of change or refund must be made with the full return format, and inform the mail online@alysh.com
Note:It is very important before making the change of change or refund get in touch with the online sales adviser to indicate the process to follow.

3.- Changes per parcel.
The process of changes in sizes or colors is as follows:
You pay the shipment to our offices and we send the change to your home at no cost.

4.- Return by parcel.
- All returns are free.

5.- Once the garment or product is received, we will proceed to do the corresponding review, confirming if it comes as the same according to the policies described, the answer will be via email.

6.- In case the change or refundnoProceed, our online sales team will contact you to give details of the refund of the garment.
 
                                  Reimbursement policy 

1.- Credit / Debit Card.
* Yes the client used this form of payment, the refund applies directly to thecardwith which he made the payment.

2.- Yes the payment was made in cash through OXXO, 7 Eleven, Benavides Pharmacy, Savings Pharmacy, Deposit or Bank Transfer, reimbursement will be deposited to a bank accountName of ownerwho made the purchase.
